Elijah Bergman, Esq.
Elijah was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont. He attended Oberlin College and graduated in 2009. After college, Elijah worked in politics, including for Senator Bernie Sanders’ 2012 re-election campaign, before attending Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, Elijah interned for public defender offices in Vermont, Massachusetts, and California, as well as for Judge William K. Sessions III at the US District Court of Vermont. After graduating from law school in 2015, Elijah worked with our state’s local judges in Bennington County for two years.
For approximately 4 ½ years, Elijah worked at a small law firm in Middlebury, Vermont representing clients in all matters of litigation, including divorce, parentage, personal injury, contract disputes, and criminal defense. Elijah joined Larson & Gallivan in February 2022 and continues to assist clients with these types of disputes.
Elijah lives in Danby with his wife and two children, and an assortment of animals—two dogs, a cat, 6 goats, 2 sheep, a dozen chickens, and 5 ducks. Elijah loves playing soccer, going on hikes, and skiing. He is also an avid baseball fan.
