Breanna Davis
Breanna Davis is a Vermont native who grew up in Shrewsbury, Vermont, and now lives in the even more remote woods of North Chittenden, Vermont. She is Attorney Tristan Larson’s legal assistant and paralegal.
She enjoys the absorbing challenges of family law and personal injury law. Breanna graduated from Castleton University with a Bachelor’s of English, and her love of literature and writing is a large part of her life.

Allison Sawyer
Allison grew up in Rutland County, Vermont. She appreciates the environmental beauty of the mountains, forests, and fields, as well as the relative safety of the area. She spends a lot of time cooking and baking, caring for her child, and making a home.
One great interest is foraging wild food like nettles, sumac, milkweed, dandelions, and ramps. She is also deeply interested in human psychology and behavior, which has been the focus of her formal education. Allison likes to work hard and appreciates working in an environment that is both friendly and warm but also fast-paced and detail-oriented.

Gen Sobel
Gen Sobel grew up in East Wallingford, Vermont. She now lives on a former horse farm on a long dirt road in a house from the 1800s with her human family as well as dogs, cats, rabbits, and Hazel the hedgehog. She graduated from Castleton University with a degree in Forensic Psychology.
Gen originally planned on a career in law enforcement before discovering an interest in civil law. She has worked with Erin Gallivan since 2014, primarily representing clients in workers’ compensation claims. In fact, most of the firm’s clients in workplace injury cases will get to know Gen well! More recently, Gen is participating in Vermont’s Law Office Study program, preparing to take the bar exam and embark on the next chapter of her career as a full-fledged attorney.

Beth Perry
Beth Perry joined the firm in 2022 after working for many years in the health care field. She works with all three attorneys and likes the variety of work that entails. She grew up in Springfield, VT moving to the Rutland area after college. She lives in Castleton and enjoys camping, hiking and reading. She has two children and a grand dog!

Ian Paradee
Ian Paradee is a native Vermonter who grew up in Rutland and Sudbury. He has a background as private investigator for over 20 years in New England, the Carolinas, and California. He graduated Castleton University with a degree in Forensic Psychology in 2003. Ian now works with attorney Erin Gallivan and attorney Elijah Bergman as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, and Investigator.
Ian is very family oriented and lives in Rutland County with his daughter Eisley, his partner and stepdaughter, other family, and his 6 cats (Frankie, Emmy, Tickles, Stella, Maxwell, and Cherry). He is a volunteer basketball and soccer coach for the Special Olympics in Rutland. He has a love for human behavior and criminal psychology, equality and fairness, the arts, and growth.

Sionánn Harrington
Sionánn Harrington mainly grew up in Middletown Springs, Vermont, and has been fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful nature and a tightly knit community. Having studied neuroscience, sociology, and politics at the University of Vermont, she enjoys weaving her interdisciplinary background into her work at Larson & Gallivan.
Sionánn is the legal assistant to Tristan Larson and Elijah Bergman. She finds the intellectual challenges of personal injury and family law rewarding, but values more broadly the firm’s role in helping clients navigate some of the most difficult periods of their life. In her free time, Sionánn enjoys reading, playing soccer, and spending time with friends and family.

A.j. Fieberkorn
A.j. Fieberkorn lives in Rutland, Vermont with his lovely wife, two daughters and several pets, including 8 chickens. He grew up in a small town in Michigan, eventually moving to Orlando, FL at 17. In 2019 he happily moved to Vermont to escape the concrete jungle and provide a rural landscape for his children to grow up in.
A.j. is the Intake Coordinator with the firm. With a formal background in mental health, A.j. enjoys speaking with individuals from a multitude of backgrounds and experiences, even during the challenging conversations that arise out of difficult cases. In his spare time, he loves to cook, read up on advances in technology and medicine, as well as being outdoors.
